Position Overview
The Department of Accounting seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 semesters, with specific course offerings varying by semester. The anticipated need is for courses covering various areas of Accounting, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, taxation, accounting information systems, and ethics in accounting. Responsibilities will include designing course materials, delivering instruction, assessing student performance, and providing academic support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A master's degree in accounting or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned courses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation from an AACSB‑accredited institution.
  • Industry experience and certifications relevant to the teaching area.
  • Teaching experience at the college level.
