Position Overview

The Department of Teacher Education & Administration seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at this time. This posting is for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and opening to teach these courses to develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Earned a master's degree in the appropriate field and at least 18 semester hours in the appropriate field for undergraduate courses.
  • Assignments associated with teaching graduate courses whose duties may include 5000 and 6000 level courses. A doctoral degree in the appropriate field and at least 18 semester hours in the appropriate field are required to be considered for teaching graduate level courses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher education teaching experience.
  • Experience with online/hybrid instruction.
  • Earned doctoral degree.
Required License/Registration/Certifications
