Description

Springfield College is accepting applications for part‑time instructors in College Writing (our first‑year writing sequence) for openings beginning September.

Compensation for adjunct faculty with fewer than 3 years college teaching experience is $2,820 for a 3‑credit course.

Compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3,513 for a 3‑credit course.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in English/Composition or a related field.
• College teaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in teaching students with varied preparation levels.
• Must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, FL.
