About this role

Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. What an Adjunct Instructor’s Day looks like

Develops, maintains, interprets, and executes administrative procedures and practices. This activity includes developing and maintaining manuals regarding the College's policies, procedures, rules, and standards.

Analyzes class and program needs of the College. Determines and recommends the retention or deletion of courses. Develops and coordinates program and course schedules, faculty assignments, and test dates. Maintains calendar as necessary to track these schedules and adjusts as required. Assist students and program curriculum, program and course reviews, and articulation activities.

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education or Statistics
• Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics, Math Education or Statistics

Knowledge of

• Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications
• Utilize Canvas Learning Management System and other instructional technologies

Pay Rates

Standard hourly rates vary based on the assigned course level and educational credentials. Must have the ability to work a fluctuating schedule to include evenings and weekends.
