Ivy Tech Evansville seeks qualified adjunct faculty to supplement the Education instruction needs of our students at the Evansville, IN campus. This person teaches students who may go on to have careers as an elementary school teacher, teaching assistant, or other roles within an elementary school setting.
Adjunct Faculty positions are temporary, part‑time positions hired each semester on an as‑needed basis. The adjunct faculty member will be responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided by the School.
Hiring Range: $45.00 per contact hour (approximately $2,160 per 8-week course).
Work Hours: This role would start in October and run during the fall term. It it scheduled for Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:00am-11:50am.
