Ivy Tech Bloomington is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach Industrial Technology courses in the upcoming semester. Adjuncts are paid $46.75 per contact hour and can teach up to 13 hours per week.
Most courses run 8 weeks with day and evening options in Bloomington. Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis, responsible for creating a learning environment that supports student goals and for delivering instruction and assessment within provided syllabi and FERPA
Ivy Tech Bloomington is searching for part-time adjunct faculty to teach Industrial Technology courses in the upcoming semester. Adjuncts make $46.75 per contact hour (hours with students). Adjuncts can teach up to 13 hours per week. Most courses are 8 weeks long. There are day and evening courses available.
Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Conducts all activities with an appreciation, respect, and promotion of diversity of people, styles, and views.
A qualified adjunct faculty member meets the technical course standard through one of four routes:
Possesses a Department of Labor, Bureau for Apprenticeship Training recognized journeyman's card in the discipline directly related to credentials, certifications, and
