University of New Hampshire in Durham seeks an educator to develop and deliver engaging course content in the assigned courses, in line with curricular guidance from the department chair and course coordinator.

You will foster an inclusive learning environment, provide regular office hours, utilize the LMS to share resources and feedback, evaluate student work, stay current with developments in the field, and participate in faculty meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a related Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
• A related Bachelor’s degree and extensive work experience may substitute for the advanced degree requirement.
• Experience and interest in training and mentoring young professionals, formally or informally.
• AACSB standards are referenced for faculty qualifications and excellence in teaching.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver engaging course content in the assigned course(s), consistent with curricular guidance provided by the department chair and/or course coordinator.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
• Provide at least one scheduled office hour per week, either on campus or online, for each course.
• Utilize the university’s learning management system to make course information, resources, and feedback available to students in a timely manner.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations in accordance with university policies.
• Stay current with new developments and resources related to course content.
• Participate in periodic meetings with college faculty leadership as needed.
