Job summary

Hagerstown Community College is seeking adjunct instructors for Mechatronics and Industrial Technology. Instructors will work with full-time faculty to deliver instructional content to students enrolled in credit courses for the division.

Roles may be offered for face-to-face and/or online delivery. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the discipline, or an Industry Standard Certified Credential with 5 years of experience.

• College teaching experience strongly desirable
• Applicants must reside in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia or West Virginia
• Industry-standard credentials may substitute for degrees in some cases

The Division of Business and Technology is currently accepting applications for additional adjunct instructors for various courses that may be offered in the upcoming academic semesters. Applications will be accepted for those who can teach face to face and/or online in the following area(s) or discipline(s):

Mechatronics and Industrial Technology

Instructors will work with full-time faculty to deliver instructional content to students registered in credit courses for the division.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Depending on the program under which the class is taught, applicants must have either a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in the discipline of interest, or in some cases, applicants with a current Industry Standard Certified Credential and 5 years of experience in the discipline may be considered. College teaching experience is strongly desirable. Applicants must reside in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia or West Virginia.
