Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree completed by start date.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MEP construction or building systems.
• Adjunct faculty teach in-person during designated class times and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Teach CFM 220 - Methods 2: Building Systems (Winter 2027).
• Instruct students in person during class times.
• Provide office consultations and student mentoring (~2 hrs/week).
• Prepare course materials (lectures, homework, projects).
• Evaluate student work and write/ administer exams.
