Job Description Summary

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or a related field OR
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years work experience in the field and demonstrated teaching competence AND
• An Airframe and Powerplant License with Avionics experience, preferably with FCC and/or AET Certification

Minimum Experience

• Prior college teaching experience is preferred.
• Candidate must have a high level of computer literacy and a commitment to teaching.
• Candidate must be willing and able to teach in both the traditional face‑to‑face and blended (hybrid) format.
• All schedules require office hours and some may require evening and/or weekend hours.

Minimum Certification / Licenses

• Aircraft Electronics Technician required
• Airframe Mechanic required
• Powerplant Mechanic required
