Broward College in the United States seeks a part-time Avionics instructor to guide 21st-century learners in aviation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of the discipline and a deep commitment to student success within a flexible teaching model.

Minimum Education includes a Bachelor’s in Aviation or related field (or an Associate’s with 2 years experience and teaching competence) plus an Airframe and Powerplant License with avionics experience.

• Mastery of Aviation discipline and related field.

• Technology competencies and teaching strategies for 21st century literacies.
• Experience using various educational technology mediums.

Responsibilities

• Teach in traditional and blended (hybrid) formats.
• Provide office hours and possibly evening and/or weekend hours.
