Qualified applicants hold a Master’s in I/O Psychology (Ph.D. preferred) with demonstrated graduate teaching experience and familiarity with R, SPSS, SAS, or Python for data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in the content area of the course being taught.
• Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Experience teaching graduate-level courses.
• Experience using statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses PSY5220, PSY5230, PSY5240 in I/O Psychology.
• Deliver instruction in 8-week format, online or hybrid as needed.
• Prepare lectures, assignments, and assessments for graduate students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
