• Hold at least an associate’s degree in HVAC-R or a closely-related field and have a minimum of three years relevant, industry-specific workforce experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills and the Universal EPA certification; ability to collaborate with others and think outside the box.

Job Summary:

The Instructor of HVAC-R is an important member of the College’s instructional team and is responsible for teaching the course objectives for the HVAC-R program, including curriculum implementation, maintaining a schedule of classes, and fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, and excellence, and continuously monitors and improves instructional quality and student outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
