Grand Canyon University’s College of Theology invites you to join as an adjunct faculty member on our traditional ground campus in Phoenix, AZ. Teach in-person courses for the Spring 2027 semester.

The course, 'Leadership and Administration in Youth Ministry,' explores philosophy, leadership development, teaching strategies, budgeting, and evaluation, with emphasis on ministry programming and outcomes. Minimum qualifications include a Masters in Divinity or related field and at least two years

Qualifications

Minimum: Masters in Divinity (preferred) or Masters in Youth Ministry or Masters in Theology or Masters in Christian Studies with Youth Ministry coursework.
2 or more years professional or teaching experience in youth ministry.

Responsibilities

Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University
