Job Overview: Trinitas School of Nursing and Union College conduct a Cooperative Program granting students a Diploma in Nursing from Trinitas School of Nursing and an Associate in Science Degree from Union College. Trinitas School of Nursing is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Nursing Education, Inc. and the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.

Qualifications:

• New Jersey RN License required
• MA or MS in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred
• Two (2) years of patient care experience, including Med Surg, required
• One (1) year experience in Nursing Education preferred
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) or Certified Nurse Educator Clinical (CNE cl) preferred
• National certification in nursing specialty preferred

Essential Functions: Responsibilities include clinical and classroom teaching, test and curriculum development, faculty committee support, and student advisement. Continuing education to maintain nurse educator competencies is expected. Serves as a professional role model and adheres to the Faculty Code of Conduct.
