The College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL, seeks a Coordinator, Adjunct Faculty Recruitment (FT) to lead the full-cycle recruitment for adjunct and academic support roles. You will manage search processes, postings, and candidate communications, ensuring timely, compliant hiring across the college’s departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• Three+ years managing full-life cycle recruitment in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws is required.
• Experience in higher education recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant search process for adjunct faculty and academic support positions.
• Coordinate the requisition process including posting, correspondence and closing.
• Assist in developing postings; review language for consistency and qualifications.
• Provide direct applicant support on issues with the process or system.
• Coordinate applicant flow processes and improve candidate experience and paperwork.
• Participate on adjunct search committees; train on diversity initiatives.
• Perform active sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions; identify diversity resources.
• Complete initial screening via phone, video or in-person as needed.
• Review hiring activity reports to understand metrics and flow.
• Assist in developing structured interview processes.
• Coordinate post-offer background checks per position.
• Collaborate with Adjunct Faculty Support on orientation and training.
• Coordinate paperwork with divisions, payroll and HR.
• Other duties as assigned.
