The Toy Design Department is recruiting a pool of applicants for possible adjunct teaching positions. Successful candidates will teach one or more of the following courses:
Adjunct instructors deliver relevant course material, assess student performance, provide guidance and assistance to students both in and out of the classroom, and submit grades on time. Course descriptions are available in the online catalog.
This is a part-time adjunct position beginning in Spring 2025. Applications will be reviewed immediately and on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. The department will maintain a pool of candidates for potential future adjunct assignments and will contact applicants whose qualifications match program needs.
The UCE-FIT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) governs compensation, benefits, and employment conditions.
Rate: $84.60 per hour based on minimum qualifications. Final rate, step, and rank depend on the ability to demonstrate qualifications and meet additional criteria according to the CBA Adjunct Salary Schedules.
