UM04 University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) is seeking an adjunct faculty member for teaching Construction Management Technology courses. The position involves teaching subjects such as construction practice, building systems, and cost estimation.

The normal course load for adjunct faculty is one to two courses. The position is designated for a Lecturer serving in a teaching capacity for a limited time or part‑time. The typical requirement is a Master’s degree in the field of instruction or a related area, or equivalent professional experience. Appointments are typically one to three years and are renewable.
