Trinity Washington University invites applications for an adjunct instructor in the baccalaureate occupational therapy assistant program within the School of Nursing and Health Professions for Spring 2027.

The position involves curriculum design, teaching, and student advising in collaboration with the program director, with teaching experience and/or clinical expertise in pediatrics, mental/behavioral health, or adult physical disability interventions.

Formación

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (NBCOT).
• Minimum of one-year clinical experience as a COTA.
• Washington, DC OTA License or eligibility for licensure.
• Baccalaureate Degree.

Responsabilidades

• In collaboration with the program director, contribute to curriculum design and strategic planning.
• Teach and advise OTA students in the baccalaureate program.

Salary: $990/per Credit

The program is seeking applicants who possess teaching experience and/or clinical expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Pediatrics intervention
• Mental/behavioral health intervention
• Adult physical disability intervention

In collaboration with the program director, the candidate will be involved in curriculum design, strategic planning, teaching, and student advising.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates must have the following credentials:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (NBCOT)
• Minimum of one-year clinical experience as a COTA
• Washington, DC OTA License or eligibility for licensure
• Baccalaureate Degree
