Trinity Washington University invites applications for an adjunct instructor in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program within the School of Nursing and Health Professions for Spring 2027. The candidate will teach and contribute to curriculum design and student advising in Washington, DC.

Qualifications include NBCOT certification, a Baccalaureate Degree, and at least one year of clinical experience as a COTA with DC OTA licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience or clinical expertise in OT areas is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate ability to design curriculum and advise students.
• Clinical expertise in pediatrics, behavioral health, or adult physical disability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the program director on curriculum design and planning.
• Deliver instruction in OTA content and supervise student learning.
• Provide academic advising and support for OTA students.
