Position Overview

Herzing University is seeking Adjunct Faculty at our Akron campus to teach in the LPN and ASN programs. The role involves a mix of didactic and clinical instruction, with flexible scheduling between day and afternoon classes. Clinical shifts are scheduled Monday through Sunday. The primary goal is to foster an engaging and inspiring learning environment that helps students reach their academic potential.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required to teach LPN program
  • ADN nurses with at least two years of clinical experience may teach clinical/lab sections for the LPN program
• Master of Science in Nursing required to teach ASN program
  • BSN nurses with at least two years of clinical experience may teach clinical/lab sections for the ASN program
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
