Compensation varies by course content and ranges from $1,297 to $3,753 per credit. In some cases involving low enrollment, compensation may be prorated at 10% per student. Part‑time employees may also receive tuition waiver for Aims courses, access to the PERC (Aims gym) for employee + one guest, Aims discount program, free parking across all campuses, participation in PERA, and additional supplemental benefits and retirement options.
