This is an Adjunct Management Instructor position. The successfulcandidate should be able to teach daytime and online classes suchas Introduction to Business, HR Management, Business Math, EmployeeCompensation and Benefits, and Training and Development. Theclasses are offered in an in-person daytime (blended), and anonline, asynchronous 8-week format using Blackboard Ultra andcandidates need to have online teaching experience and proficientuse of Blackboard Ultra.

Education Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business managementor human resources management and the equivalent of one year'sfull-time non-teaching work experience in the field. MBA orMaster's degree in management or human resources preferred.

Experience Requirements: College level teaching experience ordemonstrated ability to teach subject matter. Must have a minimumof 3 years of business experience in management and/or humanresources. Business AI experience is preferred.
