Position Purpose

Aurora University seeks talented adjunct faculty passionate about teaching and learning. These are part-time instructors hired based on course demand and staffing needs.

Essential Job Functions

Teaching Responsibilities

We are looking for qualified History instructors to teach the following courses for the academic year:

• American History I (to 1877)
• American History II (since 1877)
• Latin American History
• World History I (to 1500)
• World History II (since 1500)

Essential Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in History.

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $1,000 per credit hour, subject to change at the university's discretion based on institutional needs.
