BRCC seeks an Adjunct Faculty - First Aid to prepare and implement instruction in first aid, CPR, and basic life support. You will provide hands-on demonstrations, assess student performance, and ensure safety.
Teaching may occur in the evenings, weekends, online or dual enrollment as needed, under the supervision of the program manager. Minimum one year of training experience and current ARC/AHA first aid certification plus instructor certification are required.

The Adjunct Faculty - First Aid will prepare and implement instruction in first aid, CPR, and basic life support, provide hands-on demonstrations and assessments, ensure student safety, and evaluate student performance.
Adjunct Faculty members are responsible for teaching courses as assigned. Adjunct Faculty may teach in the evening, weekends, online and dual enrollment courses as needed. Adjunct Faculty are expected to support the institution's mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies. Adjunct Faculty are expected to maintain currency in their teaching discipline. Adjunct Faculty report directly to the academic program manager and/or department chair within their respective departments and divisions.
Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association first aid certification. Instructor certification required.
At least one (1) year of training experience.
Ability to learn and utilize technology in a fast-paced environment.
