Harper College invites qualified applicants to join our Career and Technical Programs as adjunct faculty in Culinary Arts. The role teaches FSM110 Advanced Quantity Culinary Arts and FSM162 Classical Cuisine, with a workload up to 24 contact hours per year, delivered in daytime, evening, or online formats.
Ideal candidates have one year of hospitality or FACS experience, two years of teaching college courses in culinary arts, and a bachelor’s in culinary arts or related field.
