Job summary

The District Board of Trustees of Pensacola State College, Florida is seeking Adjunct Instructors to instruct students, develop curricula, and maintain college standards. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in the field or equivalent qualifications.

Compensation is hourly, starting at $35 for a Master’s degree and $38 for a Doctorate. All applicants must pass a criminal background check and have proficiency in technology for course delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an institution accredited by the U.S. Department of Education, approved by the College.
• Master’s degree in the field or a master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background investigation.
• Ability to use and demonstrate the use of technology required for assigned course(s).

Compensation

Adjunct Faculty shall be paid on an hourly basis according to degree level as follows:

• Master’s Degree: $35.00
• Doctorate: $38.00
