Morton College in Cicero, IL invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach CHM-100, CHM-101 or CHM206 courses to a diverse student population. Courses are offered during the day and evening and instructors may teach multiple chemistry sections as needs arise.

The adjunct instructor will teach either a CHM– 100, Fundamentals of Chemistry, CHM– 101 General Chemistry, or CHM206 Organic Chemistry Class to a diverse student population. These courses will be offered during the day and evening. The responsibilities and duties of the instructor may change as the needs of the college arise.
Master’s degree in the discipline or closely related field, or master’s degree plus 18 graduate hours in the discipline. Be able to demonstrate the Morton College Core values of Compassion, Equity, Accountability, Innovation, and Excellence
3 years or more of previous community college or university teaching experience.
