Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in visual and/or performing arts through coursework, teaching, or practice.
• Interdisciplinary teaching or research connecting historical, cultural, and artistic perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in faculty orientation and required meetings/trainings.
• Prepare course materials and assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
• Submit syllabi to department chair and support staff by deadlines.
• Attend scheduled classes and maintain class time commitments.
• Enter attendance, midterm and final grades within deadlines.
• Maintain office hours and respond to student questions timely.
• Contribute to assessment processes and submit artifacts when requested.
• Check HACC email and respond within 2 business days.
• Participate in evaluation processes and adjunct policy.
