Qualifications

• Master’s degree in TESOL or closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of university ESL teaching experience.
• Experience teaching all language skills.
• Experience adapting content for diverse learners.
• Experience teaching remote classes using video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Teach IELI courses (Communication and Writing/Grammar) 10–20 contact hours per week.
• Conduct diagnostic testing to verify placement in class.
• Prepare and update curriculum materials and utilize approved texts.
• Administer testing, grading, attendance, and related classroom services.
• Provide weekly office hours and report issues to IELI Administration.
