Job summary

Atlanta Technical College is seeking an Adjunct Instructor (Electrical Line Worker) to teach and mentor students at the Main campus south of downtown Atlanta. You will develop curricula, assess outcomes, and maintain records while engaging with industry partners.

The role is part-time (up to 29 hours/week) and focuses on classroom and lab instruction with emphasis on safety and compliance within the Industrial & Transportation Technology department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Ability to instruct students and handle admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and review of program and syllabi, goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and review students’ progress toward goals.
• Advise and counsel students and maintain advisement records.
• Apply effective teaching techniques, testing and grading procedures.
• Maintain classrooms and labs and ensure safety and compliance.
