Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• One semester of teaching experience (Graduate teaching assistants acceptable).
• Familiar with basic Electrical/Computer Engineering lab equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage students.
• Experience with C, Python, MATLAB, Verilog HDL/VHDL.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and belonging in an educational setting.
• Access to a personal computer with internet connectivity; MC-provided email and LMS access.

Responsibilities

• Teach engineering courses, including electrical and computer engineering, with standard lab equipment.
• Deliver classes per catalog, syllabi, and college stipulations; ensure timely grading.
• Be available for student consultation and participate in departmental meetings.
• Hold all scheduled classes, including finals, at the assigned times and locations.
• Maintain teaching standards aligned with department and college expectations.
• Submit syllabi and course materials to the department.
• Submit midterm and final grades on time; return final exams to the department.
