Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling or a related field.
• Experience counseling and advising at the secondary or college level.
• Commitment to promoting belonging, inclusion, and multicultural competence in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing counseling and advising services.
• Teaching student success courses as needed.
• Developing, implementing and assessing retention strategies and education plans for students facing academic and completion difficulties.
• Serving on college committees or work groups as needed.
• Engaging in professional development activities offered by the College.
