Weber State University is seeking an Adjunct Construction Management Spanish Speaking Instructor to join the department on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will teach 1–2 lower-division CM courses per semester and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

The position is open to bilingual instructors, with preference for prior college-level teaching experience. The pool is open until December 15, 2026, and the University values diversity and equal opportunity.

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, vocational/technical/industrial education, or related field.

Job Summary/Basic Function

Part‑time adjunct instructor of Construction Management (CM). Teaches one or two lower-division courses per semester, as needed. The successful candidate of choice will be bilingual. The position requires the ability to speak, read, and teach in Spanish and English
****This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as English and Spanish positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire, and we will notify applicants.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, vocational education, technical education, industrial education, or other appropriate discipline.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Some teaching experience preferable at the college level.
