Job summary

OSU-Institute of Technology in Oklahoma State University is seeking an instructor to facilitate learning for an associate in applied science in the Construction Management Program.

Courses will be conducted in-person and online across Wall & Roof Systems, Interior Finishes & Specialties, Field Engineering I, Project Scheduling, Mechanical Systems (online) and Construction Documents & Show Drawings (online).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience: Three or more years of evidenced commercial construction industry experience.
• Teaching experience in Higher Education preferred.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Strong communication, teamwork, ethics, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• This position will facilitate learning for an associate in applied science degree in the Construction Management Program within the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies.
• Classes will be in-person and online in the following disciplines: Wall & Roof Systems, Interior Finishes & Specialties, Field Engineering I, Project Scheduling, Mechanical Systems (online), Construction Documents & Show Drawings (online)
