Summary

MSOE invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Clinical Instructor in Mental Health to join our School of Nursing team in Fall 2025. This is an MSN prepared individual who will be primarily responsible for teaching students in a mental health clinical setting. This could include Inpatient and Outpatient services. This individual will also provide instruction through simulation and may provide some classroom instruction. They will assist students in developing their critical thinking, clinical judgement and nursing skills.



Qualifications

• MS in Nursing; will consider BSN preparation if currently enrolled in MSN program


• Current and unencumbered Nursing License


• Current CPR - BLS Certification


• Work experience in the mental health setting


• Knowledge and proficiency with basic psychomotor skills


• Experience with simulation preferred

• Math skills for medication calculations


• Effective communication in a variety of forms (verbal, e-mail, text, phone, some social media)
