Job summary

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) seeks adjunct clinical faculty to deliver high-quality clinical supervision and evaluation for the acupuncture programs. The selected candidate will supervise graduate student interns in clinical placements at MCPHS facilities or offsite settings, overseeing diagnosis, treatment planning, charting, and needling skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
Doctoral degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise graduate student interns in clinical placements.
Oversee diagnosis and treatment planning and charting.
Monitor patient care, supervision methodology, and learning outcomes.
Post syllabus, assignments, and materials in the learning management system when requested.
Provide student mentoring and placement development.
Maintain credentialing and onboarding requirements for placement settings.
Adhere to preceptor guidelines and evaluation criteria.
Deliver in-person supervision at VA Hospital and offsite placements.
Perform periodic formal and informal evaluations of student progress toward placement objectives.
