Qualifications

• Master’s degree with IT emphasis or CS; 2,000 hours industry experience in last seven years
• Bachelor’s degree in computer field; 4,000 hours industry experience in last seven years
• Associate of applied science in computer field; 4,000 hours industry experience in last seven years
• Previous teaching experience in Computer Information Systems
• Ability to coordinate Distance Learning format (Desire to Learn)

Responsibilities

• Teach CIS courses and interact with students to facilitate learning
• Prepare and deliver instruction in CIS topics including networking and IT infrastructure
• Develop and assess curriculum and student learning outcomes
• Travel occasionally as required by the department
