USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub appUnder general supervision of Children’s Behavioral Health Program and Grant Manager, perform a variety of duties in support of the Children’s Behavioral Health Team including management of office supplies, event planning and on-site support, meeting operational support, marketing, and promotion. Can use independent judgement in applying/adapting departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, and where applicable, knowledge of sponsored programs.Duties/ResponsibilitiesEvent Support (50%)Coordinate in-person and virtual training and events, including the following:Schedule, reserve space, and set up virtual meetings in Microsoft TeamsManage registrationCommunicate with event attendeesPurchase and coordinate materials and cateringProvide day-of operational supportManage and report training attendance and evaluation dataMarketing, Communications, & Outreach (40%)Work with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of programs and build new partnerships.Create and manage content for social media platforms.Draft email campaigns, flyers, and website content.Coordinate appropriate outreach and marketing activities as assigned; represent the team at events and outreach opportunities.Ensure messaging is accessible, culturally responsive, and appropriate for families and caregivers.Program and Administrative Support (10%)Provide administrative support to program staff and leadership, including meeting notes and managing team calendar.Maintain the team credit card, purchase supplies through appropriate University systems, and make travel arrangements for team staff.Other duties as directed by supervisor.RequirementsMinimum Acceptable Education & Experience:High school graduation and four years of related experience involving duties of increasing responsibility requiring discretion and independent judgement, or associate degree and two years or related experience, or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to four years.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:High degree of organization, self-motivation, attention to detail, and initiativeExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and external partnersSkilled in content creation, email marketing, and social mediaProficiency in Microsoft suite and AdobeTravel as required in project areaPreferred Qualifications:Marketing and/or social media experience preferred.Experience related to children’s behavioral health, mental health services, or family services preferred.Applicant Instructions:Applicants should be prepared to upload the following documents when applying online within the My Experience: Resume/CV section of the application: (Maximum of 5 Documents)Resume/CVCover LetterContact Information for 3 Professional ReferencesCompensation Pay Range:$21-$24/hourPlease be advised that this position is supported by external sponsor funding.
