Qualifications

• Master's degree in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in any field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in discipline from a regionally accredited college.
• Qualifying fields include Business, Economics, Marketing, Management and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned in accordance with catalog descriptions and approved syllabi.
• Teach dual enrollment classes at area high schools as assigned.
• Travel to multiple campuses as assigned.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership about curricular and programmatic issues.
• Stay current with developments in the teaching discipline and incorporate updates into instruction.
• Teach up to 12 credit hours per semester as assigned.
• Respond to the Dean's requests and submit paperwork timely.
• Perform duties in accordance with MSCC policies and other duties as assigned.
