Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing or a Post Graduate Certificate in Nursing.
• Current AGACNP license in the State of Texas.
• Board certification as AGACNP or ACNP (ANCC or AACN).
• 2–3 years of acute care experience in evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction within the College of Nursing and Health Innovation.
• Report to the Department Chair.
• Maintain academic standards as set by the university and department.
• Teach students in online, clinical, laboratory, and classroom settings.
• Plan and organize courses as assigned and participate in program activities.
