Qualifications

• Laboratory experience in an industrial or R&D environment is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; STEM degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Excel data entry/analysis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop new products based on customer needs and strategy.
• Prepare intermediates and adhesive batches by weighing materials.
• Conduct lab testing on pastes and cured adhesives (viscosity, rheology, sag panels).
• Prepare substrates and apply adhesives with caulking equipment.
• Document data in the Electronic Lab Notebook and analyze results.
• Support product scale-up with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain lab equipment, calibration, and ERP responsibilities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper sample storage.
