Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-develop new adhesive products and applications.
• Lead lab work, including formulation plans, batch prep, sample tests, and results documentation.
• Collaborate to ensure successful scale-up within procedures and manufacturing constraints.
• Ensure product quality and maintain lab equipment; support quality audits.
• Troubleshoot issues with sales, R&D, and manufacturing teams; travel to customer sites as needed.
• Prepare adhesive batches and handle materials up to 50 lbs daily.
• Document daily notes and reports; maintain safety and housekeeping in labs.
• Champion AI/digital tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
