Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is hiring for a packaging role on 1st shift. You will inspect finished products, pack them into cases, and assist in pulling material for batches.

The job requires mechanical aptitude, basic math, and the ability to follow directions, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.00, with eligibility for a productivity incentive plan and a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, retirement plan, PTO,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a related field preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment and perform pre-, in-process, and post-batch inspections.
• Squeeze cartridges to ensure they are good to ship and check product quality.
• Pack finished products into appropriate boxes and prepare for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper storage of materials and supplies.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting.
