Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment used to fill bulk/BiPak orders. The role requires following ISO procedures, safety rules, PPE, handling materials, and maintaining quality during production.

This position offers a 1st shift schedule (7:00 am–4:00 pm) in Billerica, MA, with a salary range of $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow operating procedures including ISO, safety rules, PPE and SDSs.
• Fill orders based on fill tickets and requisitions.
• Inventory cycle counts and weigh/heating materials.
• Operate BiPak/QuickPouch equipment and print labels.
• Perform in-process quality checks and basic maintenance.
