Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; adhesives knowledge is a plus.
• Strong laboratory, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support North American ACM Application Engineering region with technical customer support for adhesives and equipment.
• Aid in trials, test plans, lab testing, data analysis, and technical report writing.
• Troubleshoot adhesive- and equipment-related issues to help retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Focus Market teams on target accounts and projects.
• Develop and deliver technical training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document test results and project information in applicable systems.
