Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies Production in Houston, TX is hiring for a full-time position focused on receiving and preparing materials, assembling kits, labeling and organizing components for production kits. You will monitor inventory, ensure accuracy, and support safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills for order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and prepare incoming materials for the kits, including epoxy, resins and chemicals, cutting fiberglass or cloth.
• Organize components based on kit specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assemble kits according to provided instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
• Package components in an organized and systematic manner, minimizing the risk of damage during transportation.
• Label each kit with accurate information, including batch numbers, production dates, and any relevant safety warnings.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of kit components, ensuring a consistent supply for kit assembly.
