Job summary

Henkel in Houston is hiring for Adhesive Technologies Production. You will receive, inspect, and prepare incoming materials for kits, organize components, assemble kits, and package items with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills (Spanish a plus), basic math and computer skills (Word & Excel). Forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills for order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and prepare incoming materials for the kits, including epoxy, resins and chemicals, cutting fiberglass or cloth.
• Organize components based on kit specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assemble kits according to provided instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
• Package components in an organized and systematic manner, minimizing the risk of damage during transportation.
• Label each kit with accurate information, including batch numbers, production dates, and any relevant safety warnings.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of kit components, ensuring a consistent supply for kit assembly.
