Job summary

Henkel is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to support our Adhesive Technologies business unit. You will manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate inbound materials to ensure accurate receiving and put-away.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Computer proficient.
• Able to stay organized and manage priorities.
• Ability to work independently on tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform cycle counts across designated storage locations to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and make inventory adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate and schedule inbound truckloads of materials to support efficient receiving operations.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and purchasing teams to resolve receiving and return discrepancies.
• Support the receiving department with material check-in and put-away during periods of high incoming material volume.
