Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with Georgia license. MTM certification preferred.
• 1 year community (retail) pharmacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients with poor medication adherence.
• Contact patients to improve adherence.
• Navigate barriers to adherence and implement strategies.
• Track adherence for targeted populations.
• Complete MTM and document activities.
• Complete prior authorizations and oversee related coordinators.
